YOUTH AUDITION WORKSHOP

WHERE: The Boardwalk Theatre, 109 S. Third St, St. Clair, MI 48079
WHO: Calling all Annie hopefuls! This workshop is open to anyone interested in auditioning for youth roles in Annie. Ages 6-14, must be able to read.
WHY: Work with Thumbcoast Theaters staff to get a head start on your audition materials! Instructors will teach a selection of vocals and choreography from the show. Students will go home with the audition materials, affording them two weeks of preparation ahead of the audition date on October 14th.
COST: $50 per student

YOUTH AUDITIONS

WHERE: The Boardwalk Theatre, 109 S. Third St, St. Clair, MI 48079
WHO: Open casting call for all youth roles in Annie! Playable age range 6 - 14 years old (must be able to read). Youth actors will be asked to learn a vocal selection, choreography from the show, and be given a scene from the script to cold read.
COMMITMENT: If cast in the production, you are committing to rehearsals scheduled in the month of November (typically 3 - 4 times a week). We do our best to schedule rehearsals in such a way that actors are only called on days their material is being covered. Youth will not be called to every rehearsal, but significant conflicts during the month of November may make casting difficult. Tech week rehearsals Nov 29 - Dec 5 are mandatory.
